Create a text message that will be automatically sent to friends or family when the timer expires.

All new users get one free text message when creating an account!

You can choose to include location information for added safety. When the current location option is selected, your current GPS location will be collected from your device and converted to the nearest address. Your message will be automatically updated with this most recent location data so your family knows exactly where you are in the event of an emergency.

Locations can also be specified manually on the interactive map when creating the message. Created messages are queued on our servers when the timer starts, so the message will be sent even if your device does not currently have any cellular service. This allows you to mark a remote trailhead for a solitary hike to an overnight camping spot, with the safety of knowing your message will be sent while youre out of service range.

To help your friends find you, a map marking the locations in the message is also included.

If a location is unnecessary and youd just like to send a timed text message, the location information can be disabled entirely.
